Emma was extubated at 8:45 this morning!  Emma is still extubated and is doing well! She needs to learn to cough up the stuff in her airway and lungs but other than that so far so good!!! I have got to hold her the majority of the day!!! :)

  16. So many crises, so many hurrieds texts and phone calls, so many days facing the unknown, so much restraint from holding her and loving on her at first, so many silent and secret tears, so many specialists and nurses and caregivers ...

...and yet so many answered prayers, so much support from people around the world, so many people holding the three of you in their hearts and lifting your names to God, so much kindness and help from strangers, so much good care from the medical community ... and SO MUCH LOVE!

We'll "Praise God from Whom all blessings flow" as we continue to offer so many prayers of hope for the future, and prayers of thanks for the successes thus far along Emma's journey!

    Love,
    NanaJana
