Quick Update

Emma came through her surgery great.  She is resting back in the CICU now!  Please pray that she will continue to remain stable!  They are looking at doing the Norwood on Friday or Monday!  We will also be meeting with a neurologist later today to discuss a few findings.  Days like today and the unknowns that are sure to follow can be scary.  We know we serve a God who is bigger than all of this!  We very much appreciate your prayers!

  3. Sarah & Scott,
Emma is beautiful! We are praying hard for all of you. You mentioned these are scary days. I can't even imagine. There is a song we sing here at Memorial Road that just keeps coming to me as I read Emma's blog. The name of the song is "Still".
    Here are the words:

Hold me now under Your wings,
Cover me within Your mighty hand.

When the oceans rise and thunders roar,
I will soar with You above the storm.
Father You are King over the flood.
I will be still and know You are God.

Find rest my soul in Christ alone,
Know His pow'r in quietness and trust.

When the oceans rise and thunders roar,
I will soar with You above the storm.
Father You are King over the flood.
I will be still and know You are God.
I will be still and know You are God.

I know you already know this.
    I love you guys,
    Scott Young
